Kubota: Warranty
Dealers can use Kubota Warranty to create a draft warranty claim for submission to Kubota. Use these tabs to configure the defaults for claims. See also Kubota: Draft Claims Submission.
To access Kubota Warranty, from anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Kubota > Warranty.

Warranty Tab
Use the Warranty tab to specify the number of minutes a draft claim is a valid transaction within IntelliDealer. At the end of this time, the draft claim expires. Valid values are in the range of 5-800 minutes. It is recommended to not change this setting.
Misc Charges Tab
Use the Misc Charges tab to view and map IntelliDealer miscellaneous Part Numbers to a specific Kubota Cost Category. You can also map miscellaneous charges that have a part number configured. For examples see Special Part Numbers. The configured category and the amount are automatically filled in on the draft Kubota warranty claim.
Click Create to add a new location to the list.
Click a location link to open a list of the configured mappings for that location. Then click Create to create a new mapping for that location.
Vendors Tab
Use the Vendors tab to identify your vendor number(s). To access a Vendor Profile, click on a Vendor name or number.
Dealer Numbers Tab
Use the Dealer Numbers tab to assign a dealer number to each dealership location. These values must be obtained from the dealer. These dealer numbers identify which locations can access the vendor's interface.
