Kubota IKQ: Gateway

VitalEdge is provided credential information and relevant data from the OEM to create and support this interface between IntelliDealer and application/systems provided by the OEM. The Kubota IKQ Equipment Quoting integration allows dealers to export a quote created on the Kubota website into IntelliDealer. When creating the quote in the Kubota system, dealers have the option to pull in both used and new equipment from IntelliDealer, as well as customer information. This information is then used to create an Equipment Quote in the IntelliDealer system after the dealer chooses to export it.

To open the Kubota IKQ Gateway screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Kubota > IKQ.

The IKQ Equipment MSRP Value and IKQ Equipment Net Price Value drop boxes control what values appear in the MSRP and Price field when an IntelliDealer equipment unit is referenced on the IKQ side.

The choices in the drop downs for both fields are:

• Current Cost—original cost (CB_OCS in CGIBASE) + adjusted cost (CB_ACS in CGIBASE)

• Net Book Value—original cost (CB_OCS in CGIBASE) + adjusted cost (CB_ACS in CGIBASE) + depreciation (CB_WRD in CGIBASE)

• Price with Options—base and option price (CB_SUB in CGIBASE) + other total price (CB_OTH in CGIBASE)

• Reference Amount—reference amount estimated cost (CB_ECS in CGIBASE)

  You can edit the reference amount estimated cost in the Equipment Profile.

• Original Cost—original cost (CB_OCS in CGIBASE)

• Base + Options—base and option price (CB_SUB in CGIBASE)

• None—0
