Parts Catalog

Use the Parts Catalog screen to configure how the selected interface edits a part number before querying IntelliDealer or the associated parts catalog so that the vendor's part numbers are compatible with IntelliDealer.

To open the Parts Catalog screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > CNH > Parts Catalog or Configuration > Interfaces > Other > Parts Manager Pro Parts Catalog.

Note:  Depending on the interface you have selected, not all fields will appear.

Fields on the Parts Catalog screen are:

Field	Description
Remove Leading Spaces	Remove spaces from the beginning of the part numbers before querying the system.
Strip Leading Zeros	Remove zeros from the beginning of the part numbers before querying the system.
Remove All Spaces	Remove all spaces from the part numbers before querying the system.
Branch Availability	Display location availability of the part with each query.
Subs Availability	Display substitutions for the part with each query.
Picklist Overwrite Time	The amount of time, in milliseconds, that must elapse before the interface overwrites a file.

Click Save to save the settings on the Parts Catalog screen.
