Alias Account Management

The Alias Account Management screen allows you to align the accounts stored in IntelliDealer to those stored by the selected dealer. This is necessary to successfully transmit financial data to the dealer (as through the CNH Financial Transmit/ Bobcat Financial Transmit screen).

To open the Alias Account Management screen, search Alias Account Management in the Menu Search bar at the top left of the screen.

Formatting CSV Files for Import

Uploaded .csv files MUST be formatted in this manner:

Screen Description

These fields appear on the Alias Account Management screen:

Field Description
Account The account number as it appears in IntelliDealer.
Description The general purpose of the account (i.e. Petty Cash, etc).

Other Alias

The account number as it appears for the selected dealer and for each OEM configured or available.

The buttons on the Alias Account Management screen are:

Populate Deere Aliases

Updates all John Deere aliases with default values. This only updates values that do NOT have John Deere alias default values.

IntelliDealer system logic adds a "0" digit to aliases when needed to comply with a 9 digit maximum. This logic also adds a "0" in the second (or possibly third) position of the Profit Center section of the alias.

For examples:

  • Profit Center 123 would generate as 1023.
  • Profit Center 307 would generate as 3007.
  • Profit Center 17 would generate as 107.

If the Profit Center section is blank then the system generates an entry of "0000".
Import

Imports an OEM alias from a .csv file. See Formatting CSV Files for Import
