AMAX - General

Use the General tab to configure the log in information for the selected interface to transmit part information to the applicable software. To access the tab, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > CNH > AMAX.

Only vendors that have cross-referenced vendor numbers can be monitored by AMAX/ AGCO API for inventory updates.

Fields on the General tab are:

Field	Description
Active	If selected, the dealership's inventory is monitored by the selected parts software.
User ID	The user ID that the interface uses to access the selected parts software.
Password	The password that the interface uses to access the selected parts software.
FTP Server	The FTP server that the interface uses to transmit information between IntelliDealer and the selected parts software.
Upload Path	The file path for data files sent from IntelliDealer to the selected parts software.
Download Path	The file path for data files sent from the selected parts software to IntelliDealer.
Use Date	The date on the inventory file that the dealership transmits to the selected parts software; either Part Added or Last Receipted.
Log Retention Days	The number of days to retain the transmission logs.
Printer	The printer used to print reports related to the selected parts software.
Batch User ID	The name of the user under whom the order reports have been generated.

Click Save to save the information on the General tab.
