AMAX - General
Use the General tab to configure the log in information for the selected interface to transmit part information to the applicable software. To access the tab, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > CNH > AMAX.
Only vendors that have cross-referenced vendor numbers can be monitored by AMAX/ AGCO API for inventory updates.
Fields on the General tab are:

| Active | If selected, the dealership's inventory is monitored by the selected parts software. |
| User ID | The user ID that the interface uses to access the selected parts software. |
| Password | The password that the interface uses to access the selected parts software. |
| FTP Server | The FTP server that the interface uses to transmit information between IntelliDealer and the selected parts software. |
| Upload Path | The file path for data files sent from IntelliDealer to the selected parts software. |
| Download Path | The file path for data files sent from the selected parts software to IntelliDealer. |
| Use Date | The date on the inventory file that the dealership transmits to the selected parts software; either Part Added or Last Receipted. |
| Log Retention Days | The number of days to retain the transmission logs. |
| Printer | The printer used to print reports related to the selected parts software. |
| Batch User ID | The name of the user under whom the order reports have been generated. |
Click Save to save the information on the General tab.
