Update Base/Options

Use the Update Base/Options screen to perform group file maintenance on the pricing of base and option codes (a mass price increase/decrease).

To open the Update Base/Options screen, click the Perform a mass price increase/ decrease link on the Base & Options screen.

The fields appear on the Update Base/Options screen are:

Field	Description
Percentage	The price differential percentage.
Type	Select whether to increase or decrease the price by the specified percentage.
Update	Select which file receives the price update: base, options or both.
Select Make	The manufacturer of the unit.
Select Model	The model number on the unit.
Select Class	Class description of the unit. The description is based on the class code where the unit is manufactured.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Update Base/Options screen:

Button	Function
Run	Runs the price updates and returns to the Base/Options screen.
Close	Closes the Update Base/Options screen without running updates and returns to the Base & Options screen.
