Vermeer Base and Option Import
The Vermeer Base and Option Import screen can be used to load/update base and options codes using a price book supplied by Vermeer.
To open the Vermeer Base and Option Import screen, click the Vermeer base and option import link on the Base & Options screen.
The following fields appear on the Vermeer Base and Option Import screen:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| File to Upload | Use the Browse button to select the desired price book from its source location. Vermeer supplies the price book. |
| Make | The equipment make code that will be applied to all of the base and option codes being added or updated in the system by the price book. |
| Currency | The currency in which the base and option codes will be added to the system; either USD or CAD. |
| Percentage |
(Optional) The upload cost factor, which is applied to the base and option codes listed in the price book to calculate the final base and options prices. Default is 0.620. |
The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Vermeer Base and Option Import screen:

|---|---|
| Upload | Loads/updates the base and option codes using the price book selected in the File to Upload field. |
| Close | Closes the Vermeer Base and Option Import screen and returns to the Base & Options screen. |
