Lot Codes
Use Lot Codes screen to add or edit a lot code.
To open the Lot Codes screen, click a Lot Code or the Need to add a lot? Click here to add link on the Lot Codes screen.
The fields on the Lot Codes screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Lot Code | A three character alphanumeric lot code used to represent the customer's lot number throughout the customer profile application. |
| Description | A brief description of the lot code. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Lot Codes screen:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on the Lot Codes screen. |
| Copy |
Copies the selected lot code. This button appears only by accessing theLot Codes screen by clicking on a Lot Code. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added lot code and refreshes the Lot Codesscreen, allowing you to add another lot code without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing theLot Codesscreen by clicking the Need to add a lot? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected lot code and scroll through to the next lot code in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Lot Codesscreen by clicking on a Lot Code. |
| Delete |
Deletes the selected lot code from the system. This button appears only by accessing the Lot Codesscreen by clicking on a Lot Code. |
| Close | Closes the Lot Codes screen without saving and returns to the Lot Codes screen. |
