Township Codes
Use Township Codes screen to add or edit a township code.
To open the Township Codes screen, click a Township Code or the Need to create a new township? Click here to add link on the Township Codes screen.
The fields on the Township Codes screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Township Code | The township code, representing the name of the township where the customer is located. |
| Description | A brief description of the township code. (e.g. the township name West Williams). |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Township Codes screen:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on the Township Codes screen. |
| Copy |
Copies the selected township code. This button appears only by accessing the Township Codes screen by clicking on a Township Code. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added township code and refreshes the Township Codesscreen, allowing you to add another township code without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Township Codesscreen by clicking the Need to add a new township? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected township code and scroll through to the next township code in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Township Codesscreen by clicking on a Township Code. |
| Delete |
Deletes the selected township code from the system. This button appears only by accessing the Township Codesscreen by clicking on a Township Code. |
| Close | Closes the Township Codes screen without saving and returns to the Township Codes screen. |
