Concession Codes
Use Concession Codes screen to add or edit a concession code.
To open the Concession Codes screen, click a Concession Code or the Need to add a concession? Click here to add link on the Concession Codes screen.
The fields on the Concession Codes screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | A three character alphanumeric code used to represent the customer's concession code throughout the system. |
| Description | A brief description of the concession code. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Concession Codes screen:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made to the Concession Codes screen. |
| Copy |
Copies the selected concession code. This button appears only by accessing the Concession Codes screen by clicking on a Concession Code. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added concession code and refreshes the Concession Codes screen, allowing you to add another concession code without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Concession Codesscreen by clicking the Need to add a concession? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected concession code and scroll through to the next concession code in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Concession Codesscreen by clicking on a Concession Code. |
| Delete |
Deletes the selected concession code from the system. This button appears only by accessing the Concession Codesscreen by clicking on a Concession Code. |
| Close | Closes the Concession Codes screen without saving and returns to the Concession Codes screen. |
