Owner Codes
Use Owner Codes screen to add a new owner code or edit an owner code.
To open the Owner Codes screen, click an Owner Code or the Need to add an owner? Click here to add link on the Owner Codes screen.
The fields on the Owner Codes screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | A one character alphanumeric code used to indicate that the equipment is operated by the owner. Other dealer defined codes can be used. |
| Description | A brief description of the owner code. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Owner Codes screen:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on theOwner Codes screen. |
| Copy |
Copies the selected owner code. This button appears only by accessing the Owner Codes screen by clicking on a Owner Code. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added owner code and refreshes the Owner Codesscreen, allowing you to add another owner code without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Owner Codesscreen by clicking the Need to add an owner? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected owner code and scroll through to the next owner code in the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Owner Codes screen by clicking on a Owner Code. |
| Delete |
Deletes the selected owner code from the system. This button appears only by accessing the Owner Codesscreen by clicking on a Owner Code. |
| Close | Closes the Owner Codes screen without saving and returns to the Owner Codes screen. |
