Equipment Codes
Use Equipment Codes screen to add a new equipment code or edit an existing equipment code.
To open the Equipment Codes screen, click an Equipment Code or the Need to add an equipment code? Click here to add link on the Equipment Codes screen.
The fields appears on the Equipment Codes screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Code | Used to indicate a rating code for equipment maintenance, as defined by your dealership. |
| Description | A brief description of the equipment code. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Equipment Codes screen:
| Button | Description |
|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made to the Equipment Codesscreen. |
| Copy |
Copies the selected equipment code. This button appears only by accessing the Equipment Codes screen by clicking on a Equipment Code. |
| Save & New |
Saves a newly added equipment code and refreshes the Equipment Codesscreen allowing you to add another equipment code without closing the screen. This button appears only by accessing the Equipment Codesscreen by clicking the Need to add an equipment code? Click here to add link. |
| Save & Next |
Allows you to save any edits/changes made to the selected equipment code and scroll through to the next equipment code on the list to apply any edits/changes. This button appears only by accessing the Equipment Codes screen by clicking on an Equipment Code. |
| Delete |
Deletes the selected equipment code from the system. This button appears only by accessing the Equipment Codesscreen by clicking on an Equipment Code. |
| Close | Closes the Equipment Codes screen without saving and returns to the Equipment Codes screen. |
