Set Working Budget
The Set Working Budget screen allows you to set the budget for the current fiscal year, next fiscal year or the fiscal year after that based on a percentage of the Budget or Actual sales of the current fiscal year, next fiscal year, or fiscal year after that.
To open the Set Working Budget screen, click the Set Budgets link on the Budget Account Selection screen.
The fields on the Update section on the Set Working Budget screen are:

| Field | Description |
| Selected Entries | Updates the accounts that were selected using criteria at the top of the Budget Account Selection screen (e.g. accounts that start with a 5 expense accounts). |
| All Entries | Updates all the account entries. |
The fields on the Set Working Budget screen are:

| Set | The fiscal year that you want to set the budget for. |
| To/ Plus/ of |
The fiscal year and percentage that will be used to configure the budget for the year selected in the Set field. For example, if the current fiscal year is 2024 and 2025 is selected in the Set field, setting the To/ Plus/ of fields to 2024, 10 and Budget will configure the budget for 2025 to be 110% of the budget configured for 2024. |
| or Zero | Sets the budget for the fiscal year selected in the Set field to zero. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Set Working Budget screen:

| Update | Saves changes to the Set Working Budget screen and returns to the Budget Account Section screen. |
| Close | Close the Set Working Budgets screen without saving and returns to the Budget Account Selection screen. |
