Subtotal
The Subtotal screen shows the total of all the invoices that were selected (clicking the checkboxes next to the desired invoices) from the Subledger screen.
The Subtotal screen can be accessed from the Subledgers screen by clicking on the Subtotal button.
The field on the Subtotal screen is:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Total | The subtotal of the selected invoices on the Subledgers screen. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Subtotal screen:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Clear | Returns to the Subledger screen and clears the checkboxes of the selected invoices. |
| Pay | Returns to the Subledger screen and pays each of the selected invoices. |
| Close | Closes the Subtotal screen and returns to the Subledgers screen. |
