Consignment
To open the Consignment screen, click the Consignment link on the Parts list of the Product Support Quick Links screen.
The Consignment screen allows you to identify parts and quantities that have been placed on consignment with a customer or parts used on a customer's delivery/service truck.
The Consignment screen also allows you to view existing consignment, add a new consignment, print summary, or replacement reports.
The following sorting options appear on the Consignment screen.
Sort by | |

Field | Description |
Customer | Sort the search results by customer number. |
Number of Parts | Sort the search results by number of parts. |
The following search field appears on the Consignment screen:
Field | Description |

Select Customer Number | Search for consignment by entering a customer number. |
The following fields appear on the Consignment screen:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Customer | The customer's name. |
Number of Parts | The number of parts on consignment for the particular customer. |
Total Average Cost | The total average cost of the parts on consignment. |
Click on the Customer name to view a more detailed version of the customers consignment.
Click on the Need to create a new consignment? Click here to add link to add a new consignment.
Click on the Print summary or replace reports link to print summary or replace reports.
Click on the Information icon to open the Customer Profile.
