Evaluation History

Use the Evaluation History screen view a unit's evaluation history.

You can access the Evaluation History screen from the Used Evaluations screen by clicking on the Access evaluation history link.

The search fields on the Evaluation History screen are:

Field	Description
Only Last Submission	If selected, displays the unit's last submitted evaluation, either prospective deal or inspection only, depending on the radio button you choose on the Include field.
Include	Allows you to choose which type of evaluation to include when searching for evaluations by selecting the appropriate radio button (e.g. all, prospective deal or inspection only.
Select Make/Model	Search for evaluation history by entering a make/model code.
Select Condition	Search for evaluation history by selecting a unit's condition from the drop down list.
Select Result	Search for evaluation history by selecting evaluation results option from the drop down list (e.g. Won, Lost, or Do not know).
Select Hour Range	Narrow down the used evaluation history search results by entering an hour meter range.
Select Model Year Range	Narrow down the used evaluation history search results by entering a machine model year range.
History Date Range	Narrow down the used evaluation history search results by selecting/entering a history date range.
Select Group Code	Search for evaluation history by entering a group code.
Select Location	Search for evaluation history by entering a branch location.
Select Options	Search for evaluation history by entering an option code.
Select Stock Number	Search for evaluation history by entering a unit's stock number.
Select Serial Number	Search for evaluation history by entering a unit's serial number.

The fields on the Evaluation History screen are:

Field	Description
Evaluation Number	The number of the used evaluation.
Location	The location of the evaluation.
Modified	Whether the unit has been modified or not.
Stock Number	The unit's stock number.
Serial Number	The unit's serial number.
Make/Model	The manufacturer of the unit. The model number on the unit.
Group	The unit's group code.
Result	The result of the unit's evaluation.

Click Close to complete your work on the Evaluation History screen.
