Used Evaluations: Include on Print

Use the Include on Print screen allows you to choose which components of the used evaluation you wish to print.

You can access the Include on Print screen from:

• the Used Evaluations screen by clicking the Print Evaluation Form link

• the Used Evaluations General tab by clicking on the Print button.

The search fields the Include on Print screen accessed through the Used Evaluations screen are:

Field	Description
Select Base Number	Search for a used evaluation by entering a base code number.
Select Group Code	Search for a used evaluation by entering a group code.

The fields on the Include on Print screen are:

Field	Description
General	Prints the general information from the selected used evaluation.
Features	Prints the features information from the selected used evaluation.
Inspection	Prints the inspection information from the selected used evaluation.

This field appears only on the Include on Print screen when accessed through the Used Evaluations, General tab:

Field	Description
Memos	Prints any memo information from the selected used evaluation.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Include on Print screen:

Button	Function
Continue	Sends the evaluation to the default printer.
Close	Closes the Include on Print screen and returns to the previous screen.
