Service Agreements - Map Book
Use the Map Book tab to sort a subset of all scheduled service jobs and to locate the geographical area of a service agreement.
The Map Book tab can be accessed from the Service Agreements tab by clicking on a Contract Number.
The fields on the Map Book tab are:
| Field | Description |

| Address | The customer's address. |
| Zip/Postal Code | The customer's zip/postal code. |
| Book | The map book identification name or number. |
| Page | The page number within the map book. |
| Grid |
The grid number within the map book. |
| Sort | A value can be loaded in this field for sorting the service agreements on the Scheduling tab. |
Tip: If a map book system is not available, you can substitute county, city, township, or other indicators to be able to schedule your service agreement vehicles within a given geographical area.
Click on the Globe
icon to access the Internet Mapping Service.
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Map Book tab:

| Save |
Saves changes made on the Map Book tab. Clicking on another tab automatically saves changes to the active tab. |
| Close | Closes the Map Book tab without saving and returns to the previous screen. |
