Service Agreements - Reports
Use the Reports tab to run selected reports, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer.
To open the Reports tab, click the Service Agreements link on the Product Support Quick Links screen.
The fields on the Select Report section on the Reports tab are:

Description |
| Missed | PM015 | Lists service agreement jobs that were missed. A missed job is a scheduled job with at least one completed job occurring after it. Missing job only appear on the report if the subsequent job is completed. |
| Contract Expired | PM026 |
Lists service agreements that are eligible to be expired. This report acts only as a suggestion of which agreements you should expire when the original agreement has come to a close. The ways a contract is considered to be expired are:

| Projected Incomplete | PM018 | Lists service agreements whose projected job dates surpass the expiration date or whose projected hours for service has surpassed the expiration hours. This report is based on the scheduled dates in the Service Agreements tab. |
| Job Code Analysis by Program | PZRPT02 | Lists service agreements based on the job codes of the parts required for the service agreement and the customer's hourly service agreement programs. |
| Job Code Analysis | PZRPT01 | Lists service agreements based on the job code of the parts required for the service agreement. |
| Program Analysis | PZRPT04 | Lists service agreements based on a customer's hourly service agreement program. |
| Location Analysis | PZRPT05 | Lists service agreements based on a customer's next scheduled service by location. |
| Start Date | The start date within a specified date range. Searches for reports within a specified date range. | |
| End Date | The end date within a specified date range. Searches for reports within a specified date range. | |
| or PDF | Creates a PDF file for the selected report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer. | |
Click Submit to run the selected reports , which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer.
