Category Class Profile: Rental Attachments Tab
Use the Rental attachments tab to define equipment attachments that can be added to rental contracts for the selected category, class, and subclass. When a stock number with this profile is added to a contract, configured attachments can be selected on the Attachments screen.
Each attachment must reference an existing and active category, class, and subclass defined on the Category Class Subclass Setup screen. You cannot enter the same category, class, and subclass as the profile you are editing.
To open the Rental attachments tab, navigate to Configuration > Rental > Category Class Subclass Setup, open a category, class, and subclass record from the list, and select Rental attachments.
The fields on the Rental attachments tab are:

| Category | The attachment rental category code. Search for an existing category or enter a category directly. |
| Class | The attachment rental class code. |
| Subclass | The attachment rental subclass code. |
| Attachment type | A code that identifies the attachment type. This value appears as Type on the Attachments screen when adding attachments to a rental contract. |
| Included | The number of attachments of this category, class, and subclass that are included in the rental price at no extra cost. This value appears as Quantity At No Cost on the Attachments screen when adding attachments to a rental contract. |
Click Add rows to add blank rows to the list. Click Delete rows to remove the selected rows.
Click Save to save changes on the Rental attachments tab.
Click Back to return to the Category Class Subclass Setup list.
