Category Class Profile: Rental Parts Tab
Use the Rental parts tab to define parts that accompany rentals for the selected category, class, and subclass. Parts configured here can be added automatically to rental contracts or offered as recommended parts on the Rental Counter: Parts tab, depending on the Mandatory setting for each part.
To open the Rental parts tab, navigate to Configuration > Rental > Category Class Subclass Setup, open a category, class, and subclass record from the list, and select Rental parts.
Enter a part number or part description in the search field and click Search to filter the list.
The fields on the Rental parts tab are:

| Part Number | The part number to associate with the category, class, and subclass. Search for an existing part number or enter a part number directly. |
| Description | The description of the selected part. This field is populated from the parts profile when a valid part number is entered. |
| Mandatory |
Indicates when the part is required on a rental contract. Available options are: |
| Quantity | The default quantity of the part added to the rental contract. |
Click Add rows to add blank rows to the list. Click Delete rows to remove the selected rows.
Click Save to save changes on the Rental parts tab.
Click Back to return to the Category Class Subclass Setup list.
