Price File Download/Job Code Download

To open the Price File Download/Job Code Download screens, click the Accept button on the Attention screen after entering your members-only user ID and password.

The Price File Download screen allows you to download selected parts price files.

The Job Code Download screen allows you to download selected job code files.

The following search fields appears on the Price File Download/Job Code Download screens:

Field	Description
Vendor Name	Search for price files or job code files by entering a vendor name.

The following fields appear on the Price File Download/Job Code Download screens:

Field	Description
Vendor Name	The name of the vendor supplying the price file or job code file.
Effective	The date the pricing details were verified and confirmed by the dealership prior to downloading the corresponding price file or job code file.
Instructions	Instructions related to the price file or job code file. Please Read will appear indicating that instructions related to the price file or job code file that need to be read.
File Size	The size of the price file or job code file.
Download	Click on the Yes link in order to begin the price file or job code file download process. Note:  To complete the download process you must run the update procedure within the Legacy system, as in previous releases.

Click on the Verification date to viewed a PDF version of the corresponding pricing file or job code file.

Click on the Instructions link for further instructions/details related to the price file or job code file.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Price File Download/Job Code Download screens:

Close	Closes the screen you are currently on and returns to the Product Support Quick Links screen.
