IntelliTech is a feature designed to give service technicians more control over their jobs by allowing them to maintain accurate time logs, drill-down into related data, and maintain work flow. IntelliTech eliminates the need for technicians to leave their work stations to input information at a central computer, or to obtain work order or machine information from another department.
Integrated with IntelliTech is the Supervisor feature. The supervisor may view the list of current jobs, containing relevant information such as the technician assigned, order number, description, start date and time, and elapsed time. Information is displayed on these screens:
