Additional Information
The Additional Information screen displays information about the selected report and allows you to configure the Report End Date.
To open the Additional Information screen, hover over a Name on the Financial Reporting Runs screen and select Run from the drop down list.
The fields on the Additional Information screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Report | The name of the selected report. |
| Report Heading | The description that appears at the top of the report, as well as on the listing of reports available to print. |
| Report End Date |
The end date for the selected report. Only data up to the date selected in this field will be displayed on the report. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Additional Information screen:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Submit | Runs the selected report. |
| Close | Closes the Additional Information screen and returns to the Financial Reporting Runs screen. |
