Monthly Bin Allocation

The Cycle Counts screen calculates the bin allocation to count by month. The on-hand quantity of all parts is added and the monthly percentage to be counted is applied to determine the start and stop bin locations by month.

To open the Cycle Counts screen, fill out the appropriate fields on the Cycle Count screen and click Submit.

The field on the Cycle Counts screen is:

Field	Description
MM/YYYY	Indicate the percentage of total inventory to be counted each month. Enter a percentage into each field. The total of all fields must equal 100% and no field can have a 0% value.

Click Save to save changes made on the Cycle Counts screen.

Click Close to close the Cycle Counts screen without saving and return to the Cycle Count screen.
