Service Requests: Customer Tab

Use the Customer tab to view or enter customer information for the selected service request.

To open the Customer tab, on the Service Requests screen, click a Request Number.

The Information fields on the Customer tab are:

Information
Field Description
Request Number The service request number.
Created By The name of the dealership employee who created the service request.
Customer Name The name of the customer the service request was created for.
Date The date on which the service request was created.

These search fields appear on the Customer tab are:

First Name The customer's first name.
Last Name The customer's first name.
Address 1 The customer's address.
Address 2 Addition address line for the customer.
City The city where the customer resides.
Province/State The province/state code where the customer resides.
Country Code The country code where the customer resides.
Postal/Zip Code The customer's postal/zip code.
Phone The customer's phone number.
Work Phone The customer's work phone number.
Work Phone Extension The customer's work phone number extension number.
Email The customer's e-mail address.
Customer The customer number.
Company Name The customer's company name.
Name The name of the company contact.
Address The name of the company contact.
City The city where the company is located.
Province/State The company province/state code.
Country The country where the company is located.
Zip/Postal Code The company zip/postal code.
Business Phone Number The company phone number.
Business E-mail Address The company e-mail address.
Contact The customer contact associated to the service request.
