Service Request: Stock Number
To open the Stock Number tab, click a Request Number on the Service Requests screen.
The Stock Number tab allows you to view or enter stock number information for the selected service request.
The Information fields on the Stock Number tab are:

| Request Number | The service request number. |
| Created By | The name of the dealership employee who created the service request. |
| Customer Name | The name of the customer the service request was created for. |
| Date | The date on which the service request was created. |
The fields on the Stock Number tab are:

| Product ID | The stock number product ID code. |
| Product Description | A brief description of the product. |
| Brand ID | The stock number brand ID code. |
| Brand Description | The stock number brand ID code. |
| Model Number | The unit's model number. |
| Serial Number | The unit's serial number. |

The unit's stock number. |
| Description | A brief description of the stock number. |
| Make | The manufacturer of the unit. |
| Model | The model number on the unit. |
| Machine Serial Number | The unit's machine serial number. |
Click the Stock Number to open the associated Equipment Profile screen.
Click Close to complete your work on the Stock Number tab.
