Stihl Bill-to Dealers

The parts order download component of the Stihl Parts Order Download Interface provides Stihl dealers with a means of downloading their parts orders as an XML file.

To open the Stihl Bill-to Dealers screen, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Other > Stihl Bill-to Dealers.

Note:  This option is available for Stihl dealers in Canada only.

The Bill to Number defaults to the last previous entry if one is not provided.

To execute this process follow these steps:

1. Once the Bill to Number is saved, access the order number from the Parts Ordering screen.

2. Click the Order Number in the Results table.

3. A Parts Order pop-up window opens. Click the Download button and the Stihl interface opens a new window. Click the Shipping Details tab near the top left of the screen.

4. The Ship Via drop-down list is a required field and is highlighted in red.

5. Once the Ship Via method is selected and any additional comments provided, click the Download button.

6. Your order details are downloaded as order_<order number>.xml.
