Call Tracking
The Call Tracking tab allows you to track any correspondence with a vendor regarding a purchase order.
To open the Call Tracking tab, hover over a PO Number on the Purchase Orders screen and select Edit from the pop-up menu.

Click the Click here to add a purchase order link.
Note: Call Tracking information can be included on the printed/previewed purchase order by selecting the Print Call Tracking field on the Printing Parameters tab.
The Information fields on the Call Tracking tab are:

Field | Description |
PO Number | The purchase order number. |
Type | The type of purchase order (e.g. miscellaneous, equipment, fixed assets, or equipment replenishment). |
Status |
The current status of the purchase order. The system automatically tracks PO status changes. |
Location | The location where the purchase order was created. |
The fields on the Call Tracking tab are:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Date | The date the call was recorded/entered on the purchase order. |
Created By | The user who entered/created the call. |
Description | A brief description of the call. |
Click on the Date to edit a call.
Select the Click here to add call link to track a call.
Click Close to complete your work on the Call Tracking tab and return to the Purchase Orders screen.
