Purchase Order: Extended Description
Use the Extended Description to view or add a longer description for the selected stock number in purchase order.
The Extended Description screen can be accessed from the Details tab by clicking on the More
icon next to the Description.
Enter any additional descriptions in the text box provided.
To include the Extended Description on the printed/previewed purchase order, select the Print Detailed Comments field on the Printing Parameters tab.
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Extended Description screen:

|---|---|
| Save | Saves changes made on the Extended Description screen. |
| Close | Closes the Extended Description screen without saving and returns to the Details tab. |
