Purchase Order: Option Search
Use the Option Search screen to search for option codes.
The search fields on the Option Search screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Parent Category | A parent category that links similar option codes together. |
| Select Sub Category | A sub category that links similar option codes together. |
The fields on the Option Search screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Option | The option code number. |
| Description | A brief description of the option code. |
| Parent Category |
The option code's parent category. This code is used to link similar option codes together that may apply to multiple units. You can configure Parent Category codes on the Option Categories screen. |
| Sub Category |
The option code's sub category. This code is used to link similar option codes together that may apply to multiple units. You can configure Sub Category codes on the Option Sub-Categoriesscreen. |
| Price | The price of the option code. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Option Search screen:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Select All |
Selects all of the available option codes on the screen. |
| Save | Saves changes made on the Option Search screen. |
| Close | Closes the Options Search screen without saving changes and returns to the previous screen. |
