Service Management
The Service Management tab can be accessed from the Product Support Quick Links screen by clicking on the Analysis Reports link from on the Service menu.
The Service Management tab allows you to search for and view or transmit the service management reports.
The following is a description of the search fields that appear on the Service Management tab:
| Field | Description |

| Sort by | Select a radio button to sort the results by Month End Date or Location. |
| Select Location | Search for service management reports by entering a branch location. |
| Select Date Range | Narrow down the search results by selecting a date range. |
The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Service Management tab:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Period | The date that the reporting period ended. |
| Location | The location for which the report was run. |
| Segments | The total number of billed segments during this period. |
| Hours Worked | The total number of hours worked during this period. |
| Hours Charged | The total number of hours billed during this period. |
| Work In Process | The total number of Work In Process parts dollars and labor dollar billed during this period. |
| Cost of Sales | The total cost of sales for the last 12 months ending this period. |
