Service Management

Use the Service Management tab to search for and view or transmit the service management reports.

To open the Service Management tab, navigate to Product Support > Service > Analysis Reports, then click the Service Management tab.

Search fields on the Service Management tab are:

Field Description
Sort by Select a radio button to sort the results by Month End Date or Location.
Select Location Search for service management reports by entering a location.
Select Date Range Narrow down the search results by selecting a date range.

Fields on the Service Management tab are:

Field Description
Period The date that the reporting period ended.
Location The location for which the report was run.
Segments The total number of billed segments during this period.
Hours Worked The total number of hours worked during this period.
Hours Charged The total number of hours billed during this period.
Work In Process The total number of Work In Process parts dollars and labor dollar billed during this period.
Cost of Sales The total cost of sales for the last 12 months ending this period.
