Service Management
Use the Service Management tab to search for and view or transmit the service management reports.
To open the Service Management tab, navigate to Product Support > Service > Analysis Reports, then click the Service Management tab.
Search fields on the Service Management tab are:
| Field | Description |

| Sort by | Select a radio button to sort the results by Month End Date or Location. |
| Select Location | Search for service management reports by entering a location. |
| Select Date Range | Narrow down the search results by selecting a date range. |
Fields on the Service Management tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Period | The date that the reporting period ended. |
| Location | The location for which the report was run. |
| Segments | The total number of billed segments during this period. |
| Hours Worked | The total number of hours worked during this period. |
| Hours Charged | The total number of hours billed during this period. |
| Work In Process | The total number of Work In Process parts dollars and labor dollar billed during this period. |
| Cost of Sales | The total cost of sales for the last 12 months ending this period. |
