Payroll Hours
Use the Payroll Hours tab to review the number of hours worked by each technician at your dealership during a specific date range.
To open the Payroll Hours tab, navigate to Product Support > Service > Analysis Reports.
The search fields on the Payroll Hours tab are:

| Summary By | Sort the hours worked either by the Premium Code associated to the hours or the Date on which the hours were worked. |
| Select Technician | Display the hours worked for a specific technician. |
| Select Location | Display the hours worked for a specific location. |
| Include Unbilled Transactions | If selected, displays hours worked for service that has not been billed. |
| Select By | If sorting the hours displayed by Date (as specified in the Summary By field), select whether the hours are sorted by the Billing Run Date of the hours or the Labor Date on which the service was performed. |
| Select Date Range | Select the date range for which the hours worked are displayed. Depending on the option selected in the Select By field, these dates pertain either to the Billing Run Date of the hours, or the Labor Date on which the service was performed. |
Fields on the Payroll Hours tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Technician | The name of the technician. |
| Billing Date / Labor Date | The date on which the hours shown were billed to the customer, or the date on which the service was completed, depending on the option selected in the Select By field. This field only appears if Date is selected in the Summary By field. |
| Premium Code | The premium code associated to the hours worked, which determines the rate charged for the service, the general ledger accounts credited, etc. |
| Hours Worked | The number of hours worked/billed by the selected technician for the selected date range and premium code. |
Click a Technician name to view detailed information about the payroll hours for that technician.
Click Print to print the Payroll Hours report (PSARP02), which shows the hours worked for the selected technicians during the selected date range.
