Use the Surplus Returns - Add Part screen to add a part to a surplus return.
The Surplus Returns - Add Part screen is accessed from the Surplus Returns screen by selecting the Click here to add a part to this return link.
Fields on the Surplus Returns - Add Part screen are:

| Part Number | The number of the part being added to the surplus return. |
| Quantity | The amount of the part being added to the surplus return. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Surplus Returns - Add Part screen:

Click Save to save changes made on the Surplus Returns - Add Part screen.

Click Save & Next to add the selected part to the return and refresh the Surplus Returns - Add Part screen, allowing you to add another part.

Click Close to close the Surplus Returns - Add Part screen without saving and return to the Surplus Returns screen.
