Print Return List
Use the Print Return List screen to print a surplus return list. A surplus return list is a report listing the parts on a return.
The Print Return List screen is accessed from the Surplus Returns screen by clicking the Print button.
Fields on the Print Returns List screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Select Sort Order | Select a sort order type from the drop down list (e.g. part within return code, bin, or part number). |
| Select Printer | Select which printer you want to print the return list. |
| or PDF | Creates a return list PDF file, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer. |
The report produced is:

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Print Returns List screen:

Click Continue to print the surplus return list.

Click Close to close the Print Return List screen without printing and return to the Surplus Returns screen.
