Fixed Assets Year End
Runs a depreciation year end that resets the year to date depreciation to zero, ending all depreciation for the year being closed and checks to ensure that all assets have been fully depreciated for the year. The Fixed Assets Year End screen allows you to set the parameters of the report before running the Depreciation Year End.
The Fixed AssetsYear End screen can be accessed from the Year End/Month End Reports screen by selecting the Fixed Assets Year End link.
The fields on the Depreciation Year End screen:

| Depreciation Year End Date | The depreciation year end date. |
| Printer | The printer to be used for printing the Depreciation Year End report produced by the run. |
| or PDF | Creates a PDF file of the selected report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Depreciation Year End screen:

| Continue | Runs the Depreciation Year End report. |
| Close | Closes the Depreciation Year End screen without running the report and returns to the Fixed Assets screen. |
