Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost)
The Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost) report calculates fixed asset depreciation for assets based on your selection criteria. Use the Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost) screen allows you to set the parameters on the report before running it.
The Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost) screen can be accessed from either the Selection Criteria tab or the Sort Order tab by clicking on the Run Report button after setting up report selection criteria and/or sort order for a Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost) report.
The fields on the Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost) screen are:

| Print History | Select whether or not to include asset history on the selected report. |
| Select Option | Select to create either a summary report or a detail report from the drop down list. |
| Generate Report for | Select which report to generate by selecting a depreciation category from the drop down list. |
| Printer | The printer to be used for printing the reports produced by the run. |
| or PDF | Creates a PDF file of the selected fixed asset report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost) screen:

|---|---|
| Continue | Submits the Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost) report. |
| Close | Closes the Fixed Asset Master (Current Cost) screen without submitting the report and returns to the previous screen. |
