Import Quote
The quotes (listed as PO Numbers on the Access JD POs screen and in the JD Quote II system) are refreshed on a nightly basis. You can use the Import Quote screen to manually update the list of PO numbers/quotes on the Access JD POs screen before the nightly update.
To open the Import Quote screen, click the Import Quote link on the Access JD POs screen.
The fields on the Import Quotescreen are:

| Quote Number | The number of the quote (as stored in the JD Quote II system) that you want to import to IntelliDealer. |
| Deere Salesperson ID | The salesperson ID associated to the quote you are importing. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Import Quote screen:

| Submit | Submits the quote and salesperson information to the JD Quote II system. If a match is found, the corresponding quote/ PO information will be imported to the Access JD POs screen. |
| Close | Closes the Import Quote screen. |
