Converting an Equipment Quote to an Equipment Invoice
Prerequisites: If Margin Worksheet Mandatory as been set on security screen Authorization List For Product Support - Equipment Quoting, then the margin worksheet for the quote must be approved by a manager before the equipment quote can be converted to an invoice.
Note: If the customer on the quote has a Status of Prospect, you cannot convert the quote to an invoice.

From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Quoting.

Enter or select your search parameters and click Go>> to locate the desired quote. Click the desired quote Reference Number.

Click the Click here to move this accepted Quote to an Invoice link.
The Accept Quote screen appears.If Margin Worksheet Mandatory as been set on security screen Authorization List For Product Support - Equipment Quoting, then, the Click here to move this accepted Quote to an Invoice link will not appear if the margin worksheet for the quote has not been approved by a manager.

(OPTIONAL) To create a work order or job request for pre-delivery inspection and/or setup of the equipment, click on the Stock Number of the unit.

(OPTIONAL) Select the Edit Invoice checkbox before you click Continue or Cancel to open the Customer - Invoice Header tab for the new invoice, allowing you to edit the invoice.

Click the Continue button to create the optional service work order and convert the quote to an invoice.

Click the Cancel button to ignore the message and simply create the invoice.You are returned to the Equipment Quoting screen where a message indicates that the quote was successfully converted to an invoice. You are provided with the new invoice number.
