Copy Quote
You can use the Copy Quote screen to create a new quote that is a copy of an existing quote.
The Copy Quote screen can be accessed from the Equipment Quoting screen by moving the cursor over the Reference Number and selecting Copy from the pop-up menu.
The field on the Copy Quote screen is:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Assign Reference # or leave blank for next number | Assign a new reference number to the copied quote or leave the field blank and the system will assign the quote the next available reference number. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Copy Quote screen:
| Button | Function |
|---|---|
| Save | Opens the Customer - Quote Header tab taking you into the quote. |
| Close | Closes the Copy Quote screen without saving and returns to the Equipment Quoting screen. |
