Parts Pricing Profile
The Parts Pricing Profile details screen opens when you select a profile listing from the Parts Pricing Profile Listing screen. You can use this screen to modify the master price records of parts after they have been imported into the system through an automated process. Parts Pricing details can be modified here by selecting the Edit button at the bottom of the screen. While in Edit mode, click the Save button to save all modifications to the master price file.
The Parts Pricing Profile displays the values that are currently set in the price file (PARTPRC) for the selected part (top section). The Automated Price Update Settings are used when importing an updated price file from a vendor. (bottom section).
Fields with an * are required.
The Profile fields on the Parts Pricing Profile screen are:

Field | Description |
Part Number | The unique identifier for the part within IntelliDealer. |
Description | A brief description of the part. |
Vendor | The vendor number for the supplier of this part. |
Vendor Code | A one character alphanumeric code assigned to a vendor during the initial master price load. |
Manufacturer Code | A two character letter code assigned to the manufacturer. |
Source | The part's source of supply code. Usually this is used to break down the parts into different categories within each vendor. |
Class | The class code of the selected part. |
Inventory Class | A variant of Source/Class/Type used for reporting purposes. |
Type | The type code for the selected part. |
Return Code | A one digit alphanumeric return code used to represent the returnable state of the part throughout the parts system. See Return Codes. |
Weight | How much the part weighs. The unit of weight varies by vendor. |
Unit of Measure |
A code used to define the shipping unit of measure code within the system. The unit of measure varies by shipper. This data can be used to create a custom report that includes Weight and Unit of Measure. See also Unit of Measure |
List | The suggested list price of the part. |
Increase Percent | To be applied to the regular list or cost in order to calculate the selling price of the part. Select either the List or Cost button to determine which price the increase percentage should be applied to. For a decrease percentage, enter a negative number. |
Cost | The net cost of the part. |
Package Quantity | The number of parts in a package. |

Pricing levels for the part, which can be tied to a customer profile. |
Promo Code Depot | Used by CNH for promo information or source depot information. You can use this field during stock order generation as criteria for selection. |
Promo Code Direct Ship | Used by CNH for promo information or source depot information. You can use this field during stock order generation as criteria for selection. |
Update Sequence | A counter of the number of times the part has been updated via the price file. |
The Automated Price Update Settings on the Parts Pricing Profile screen are:

Field | Description |
Update Part Profiles in All Locations | Default is enabled. Propagates part profiles data to location-level part master records for this specific record and creates the PAR083 report. |
Desired Percentage Cutoff | A report is generated for all parts that have their prices (List or Cost) increased by more than the entered cutoff percentage during the price update. |
Print Return Code Change Report? | If checked, causes a report to be generated for all parts that have their return codes changed during the price update. |
Print Parts Not Fount Report? | If checked, causes a report to be generated for all parts that exist on the system for the vendor being updated that were not found in the price file generated during the price update process. It is recommended that this box remains unchecked - due to the nature of the new price update process, not all parts will have their prices updated during every automated price update run. |
Sort By Class? | If checked, presents you with a series of fields in which you can enter class values for the price update process to sort by during the run. |

Filter the parts being updated by class. Choose one of:

Enter Classes to Include/Exclude | Specify the classes to either include or exclude (depending on the Options setting) from the price update. |
