Copy Equipment - Multiple Units

Use the Copy Equipment screen to copy a piece of equipment from the original stock number to a new stock number.

The Copy Equipment screen can be accessed from the Copy Equipment screen by selecting an original Stock Number for an uninvoiced piece of equipment and then selecting the Continue button.

Copying an Equipment Profile

  1. From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Product Support > Equipment > Equipment Profile.

  2. Click the Copy Equipment button.



  3. On the Copy Equipment screen, enter the Original Stock Number you wish to copy from to create the new equipment profile.

    Click on the Search icon to search for the stock number to copy.

  4. Click Continue to begin creating copies of the selected stock number.

  5. Fill in the fields, referring to the table below.

  6. Click Save.

Screen Description

The fields on the Copy Equipment screen are:

Field Description
Original Stock Number The equipment's original stock number.
Copy Multimedia

Select the checkbox to copy multimedia files from the original profile to the new profiles.

The Copy Multimedia checkbox only appears if there are multimedia files attached to the original stock number.
Run Report Select the checkbox to run the WPSEQCPY report that will show the original piece of equipment along with a list of the new ones created.
New Stock Number Enter the new stock number or leave blank for the system to automatically generate the new stock number.
Machine Serial Number Enter the machine serial number for each new stock number
Select Location The location where the equipment is stocked.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Copy Equipment screen:

Button Function
Save Saves changes made on the Copy Equipment screen and returns to the Copy Equipment screen.
Close Closes the Copy Equipment screen without saving changes and returns to the Equipment Listing screen.
