Copy/Set Additional Information

Use the Copy/Set Additional Information screen to copy additional information from the original stock number used on the Copy Equipment screen to the newly created equipment profile.

The Copy/Set Additional Information screen can be accessed from the Copy Equipment screen by filling out the available fields, then clicking the Save button.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Copy/Set Additional Information screen:

Note:  
The Original Stock Number and New Stock Number fields that appear on the Copy Equipment screen will appear as information fields on the Copy/Set Additional Information screen.

Field	Description
Original Stock Number	The equipment's original stock number.
Set Traded Date	The date the piece of equipment will be traded.
Copy Evaluation Options	If selected, copies the options from the stock number's used equipment evaluation onto the newly created equipment profile. This checkbox only appears if there are options attached to the stock number's used equipment evaluation.
Copy Multimedia	If selected, copies all multimedia attached to the original stock number onto the newly created equipment profile. This checkbox only appears if there are multimedia files attached to the original stock number.

Click on the Original Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen for the original stock number.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Copy/Set Additional Information screen:

Button	Function
Save	Saves any additional information selected above into the newly created equipment profile. If options are copied, the Copy Evaluation Options screen will appear allowing you to select which options you wish to copy from the original stock number.
Close	Closes the Copy/Set Additional Information screen without saving and returns to the Equipment Listing screen.
