Equipment on Rent
You can use the Equipment on Rent screen to view equipment currently rented by the customer.
The Equipment on Rent screen can be accessed from the Customer Profile screen by clicking on the Equipment on Rent link.
Equipment on Rent screen
The fields on the Equipment on Rent screen are:

| Customer Name | The customer's name. |
| Business Phone Number | The customer's business phone number. |
| Salesperson | The customer's salesperson. |
| Stock Number | The stock number of the unit that was rented. |
| Description | A brief description of the unit. |
| Machine Serial Number | The unit's serial number. |
| Machine Hours | The amount of hours on the unit's hour meter before going out on rent. |
| Machine Hours As of | The date the hours were recorded. |
| Rental Contract Number | The rental contract number. |
| Rental Location | The rental's location. |
| Rental Salesperson | The rental's associated salesperson. |
Click on a Stock Number to open the Equipment Profile screen.
Click on the amount of Edit Graphic next to the Machine Hours to open the Update Hours screen.
Click Close to complete your work on the Equipment on Rent screen.
