815 - Product Support - Service Job Codes
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

| Access Job Codes | Gives the user access to the Job Codes screen at Product Support > Service > Job Codes. |
| Add Job Codes | Allows the user to create a new job code from the Job Codes screen. When enabled, the Need to create a new job code? Click here to add link appears. |
| Change Job Codes | Allows you to save changes to a job code profile on the Job Code Details screen. When enabled, a Save button appears. |
| Delete Job Codes | Allows the user to deactivate the Active for Service field on the Profile tab. |
| Copy Job Codes | Allows the user to copy a job code profile. When enabled, a Copy option appears on the drop down list accessible by moving the cursor over a Job Code Number on the Job Codes screen. |
| Access Job Code Downloads | Gives the user access to import job codes. when the switch is activated the Import Job Code link will appear on the Job Codes screen. |
| Access Parts List | Gives the user access to the Parts List tab through the Job Codes screen by moving the cursor over a Job Code Number and selecting View/Edit from the drop down list. |
| Modify Parts List | Allows the user to save changes to a made on the Parts List tab. When enabled, a Save button appears. |
| Access Add Ons | Gives the user access to the Add Ons tab through the Job Codes screen by moving the cursor over a Job Code Number and selecting View/Edit from the drop down list. |
| Modify Add Ons | Allows the user to save changes to a made on the Add Ons tab. When enabled, a Save button appears. |
| Perform Hours Percentage Increase | When enabled, displays the Perform Hours Percentage Increase link on the Job Codes screen. |
| Access Multimedia | Gives the user access to the Multimedia tab through the Job Codes screen by clicking on a Job Code number. |
| Add Multimedia | Allows the user to add multimedia to a work order from the Multimedia tab. When enabled, these links appear at the bottom of the Multimedia tab: Click here to add a link from the IntelliDealer server and Add an external link. |
| Modify Multimedia | Allows the user to edit a multimedia link. When enabled, the file name under the thumbnail links to the Edit Link screen. |
