Open Work Orders

Data Source: WOH, WOR

The Open Work Orders screen can be accessed from the Work In Process tab by clicking on a Total.

The Open Work Orders screen allows you to search for and view open work orders.

The following is a description of the sorting options available on the Open Work Orders screen:

Sort by
Field	Description
Work Order	Sort the search results by work order number.
Customer	Sort the search results by customer.
Location	Sort the search results by branch location.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Open Work Orders screen:

Field	Description
Order #	The open work order number.
Customer	The name of the customer associated with the work order.
Machine	The unit being serviced.
Description	A brief description of the unit being serviced.
Location	The branch location where the service on the open work order is performed.
Current Value	The current value of the open work order.

Move the cursor over an Order # and select Dollars from the pop-up list to open the WIP Details screen. The WIP Details screen allows you to drill further into the selected work order displaying extended details.

Move the cursor over an Order # and select Details from the pop-up list to open the Work Order Details screen.

Click on a Customer name to open the Customer Profile screen.

Click on a Machine name to open the Equipment Profile screen.
