Open Work Orders

Use the Open Work Orders screen to search for and view open work orders.

The Open Work Orders screen is accessed from the Work In Process tab by clicking a Total.

Sorting options on the Open Work Orders screen are:

Sort by
Field	Description
Work Order	Sorts the search results by work order number.
Customer	Sorts the search results by customer.
Location	Sorts the search results by location.

Fields on the Open Work Orders screen are:

Field	Description
Order #	The open work order number.
Customer	The name of the customer associated with the work order.
Machine	The unit being serviced.
Description	A brief description of the unit being serviced.
Location	The location where the service on the open work order is performed.
Current Value	The current value of the open work order.

Hover over an Order # and select Dollars from the pop-up list to open the WIP Details screen. The WIP Details screen allows you to drill further into the selected work order displaying extended details.

Hover over an Order # and select Details from the pop-up list to open the Work Order Details screen.

Click a Customer name to open the Customer Profile screen.

Click a Machine name to open the Equipment Profile screen.
