Confirm Duplicate Phone Number

Use the Confirm Duplicate Phone Number screen to view each customer that shares the duplicate phone number.

The Confirm Duplicate Phone Number screen appears after clicking Save on the Add Customer screen, when the customer you are adding shares the same Business Phone Number as another customer in the system.

These fields appear on the Confirm Duplicate Phone Number screen:

Field	Description
Customer Number	The customer number of the customer that shares the duplicate phone number.
Customer Name	The name of the customer that shares the duplicate phone number.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Confirm Duplicate Phone Number screen:

Button	Function
Proceed	Saves the duplicate phone number recorded on the Add Customer screen.
Cancel	Closes the Confirm Duplicate Phone Number screen and returns to the Add Customer screen, allowing you to change the Business Phone Number.
