Miscellaneous Charges

To open the Miscellaneous Charges screen, click the Search icon next to the Charge field on the Miscellaneous Charges tab.

The Miscellaneous Charges screen allows you to select a miscellaneous charge from the list to populate the Charge field on the Miscellaneous Charges tab.

Note:  Valid miscellaneous codes are set up on the Miscellaneous Charges screen accessed from the Configuration Quick Links screen by clicking on the General link and selecting Miscellaneous Charges/Credits.

The following search fields appear on the Miscellaneous Charges screen:

Field	Description
Description	A brief description outlining the miscellaneous charge.
Amount	The amount charged by the miscellaneous charge when it is applied.
Minimum	The minimum/default quantity that can be sold.
Maximum	The maximum quantity that can be sold.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Miscellaneous Charges screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Miscellaneous Charges screen and returns to the Miscellaneous Charges tab.
