Tax & Discount
The Tax & Discount scree displays the default taxes and discounts for miscellaneous charges.
To open the Tax & Discount screen, on the Equipment Invoice Miscellaneous Charges tab, click Yes under the View Default Tax & Discount for the charge you are interested in.
The fields on the Tax & Discount tab are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Charge | The name of the miscellaneous charge. |
| Quantity | The quantity of miscellaneous charges. |
| Price | The price of the miscellaneous charge. |
| Tax 1 | The Tax 1 code value that applies to the quote. |
| Tax 2 | The Tax 2 code value that applies to the quote. |
| Tax Code 3 | The Tax 3 code value that may or may not apply to the quote. |
| Tax Code 4 | The Tax 4 code value that may or may not apply to the quote. |
| Discount | The discount value that may or may not apply to the quote. |
To complete your work on the Tax & Discount tab, click Close.
