John Deere eCommerce: Status Update Tool

This tool allows a manual status update to be sent for any John Deere eCommerce order that has been received in the system.

This screen should only be used as a last resort when a parts invoice is inaccessible in IntelliDealer and an additional status update must be sent.

Access to the security switch Access JD eCommerce Status Update Tool in System 999 - Configuration

Navigate to Administration > Settings > Security > Systems tab

The Order tab is used to update the status using the eCommerce Order Number.

The Return tab is used to update the status using a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
